What should a new client know about working with you?

In my practice, I bring a warm, genuine style to every session, fostering a space where clients feel understood and respected. I deeply believe that each person holds an innate wisdom about what they need for healing, and I’m here to guide them in discovering and trusting that insight. Drawing on 15 years of clinical experience, particularly in helping clients recover from eating disorders, I use a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s journey. I am matter-of-fact with clients, able to challenge them where needed, and remain supportive throughout the ups and downs. For eating disorder recovery, I utilize a team approach, and work hand in hand with other members of a treatment team. As a Therapist, I take a leadership role in the organization of the treatment team, making sure everyone collaborates and is on the same page. I work with clients and team members to find resources for clients, and think outside of the box for ways to make a person's recovery sustainable and effective.
