Psychotherapist

Imagine a life in which your painful memories no longer keep you stuck, but instead give you power and strength—a life in which you're able to do the things you want to do and work towards achieving your aspirations. This is the goal of many of my clients, and I have been fortunate enough to see many of them succeed. Many of the clients I work with have gone through overwhelming experiences that they feel still control their lives. Many are dealing with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, while some just need a little help through a difficult change in their life. I work with clients to collaboratively set personalized goals that reflect what’s most important to them, and we work together to reach those goals. I use many techniques from different modalities and theories, with the most training and experience in EMDR and CBT. These evidence-based therapies help people get unstuck and live their lives in the way they want. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Western Michigan University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients through a variety of challenges. I know this is a difficult time in your life. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for an initial session. Everyone is welcome, no matter your race, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. If I can’t help you for any reason, I’m happy to refer you to someone who can better support your needs.
