“Mathew M. has been a great therapist for me, at first i didn’t have any expectations for therapy in general but Mathew quickly inspired a change of heart after just a few sessions with his listening skills and exposures. The exposures are starter friendly and he wouldn’t give you more than you can handle. Always being conscious of not interrupting and answering your concerns and making sure he understands them before being able to answer. I understand myself 100% better now and will continue to work on myself thanks to Mathew.”

Matt is really caring, personable and knowledgeable. He taught me a lot about exposure therapy and helped me along my journey conquering my fears. He is also really pleasant to talk to, and I enjoy my sessions with him!
Matt is awesome. He has made such a positive impact in my life, and helped bring me out of a very low place. I just couldn’t say enough good things! He is helpful and empathetic, and knows exactly when to challenge you (in a good way). He is excellent at what he does, and wonderful to work with.
It’s only been about a month with him but he’s extremely compassionate, and helpful. He really knows how to put himself in your position and understand how you feel. Worth his price without a doubt.
