Hello, I'm Matthew. I have extensive knowledge and experience in working with couples, families, and individuals. My approach to therapy is practical and hands-on, aimed at helping you understand and cope with issues that negatively impact your life. Before obtaining my credentials as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, I spent several years working with individuals and organizations in various fields, including couples and relationships, behavior modification, crisis counseling, and leadership development. These experiences have enriched my practice and provided me with a diverse skill set to draw upon in therapy. In 2018, with the help of my wife, Rachel, we founded Family Life Counseling and Executive Coaching. This venture has allowed us to combine our passions for helping others and providing support in both personal and professional contexts. I specialize in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, spirituality, stress, and trauma.
