I am a LCSW with a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University and years of experience helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues, and trauma. Clients who work with me can expect a direct, compassionate, and down to earth approach. I will challenge you when needed, but always from a place of care and respect.I believe therapy should be a balance of insight and action-we'll explore the roots of patterns, but also focus on practical skills you can apply outside of session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first few sessions, I focus on getting to know you, your history, and your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll identify the patterns, triggers, and beliefs that are contributing to your current challenges. From there, we create a plan that’s tailored to you — whether that means developing coping strategies, practicing boundary-setting, processing past wounds, or learning new ways to relate to yourself and others. Throughout the process, I regularly check in to make sure our work feels relevant and aligned with your goals. Therapy with me is always collaborative — you are the expert on your life, and I’m here to help guide and support meaningful change.
