What should a new client know about working with you?

In my work, I create a space where you can slow down and actually hear yourself again. We start with whatever you’re carrying—stress, grief, a transition you didn’t expect, or patterns that keep pulling you back into the same place. I listen, we sort through things together, and we figure out what feels meaningful and doable for you. I offer a space that’s warm, inclusive, and grounded in real conversation. When you’re ready, I’m here.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Motivational Interviewing in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. We'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
