Hello I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Delaware with a variety of experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and the elderly population in hospice in the past. I believe my experience gives me a good foundation of how to help families communicate, navigate traumas, and improve their lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist I meet you where you are, I am here to listen and help you find the answers within yourself. I believe you are the expert of your life and I am here to help guide you to where you want to be.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session will be focused on developing a trusting therapeutic alliance to tackle your goals. After we identify some short term and long term goals we can create a unique treatment plan that fits your lifestyle. We will frequently revisit the treatment plan to see what is working and what is not working. By the end of our time together you should have made significant progress on all short term and long term goals. Our last session will be reflecting on progress made or coordinating more resources to help you and your family moving forward.
