About Me Maybe past painful experiences have begun to catch up with you. Maybe the weight of stress, expectations, or old patterns feels heavier than it used to. You are tired of just getting by and ready to stop struggling and start truly living. You don't have to do that alone. As a licensed professional counselor, I provide inclusive, evidence-based mental health care rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect. I'm deeply committed to creating safe, affirming spaces where people from all backgrounds can explore their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move toward meaningful change. I believe healing happens best when you feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. As Max De Pree wrote, we cannot become what we need to be by remaining what we are. My role is to walk alongside you as you grow into what you need, so you can begin living a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and fulfilling. My Approach My work begins with unconditional positive regard offering a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can show up fully and honestly. I draw primarily from Person-Centered Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also integrating relational, systemic, and somatic approaches when helpful. This integrative style allows therapy to be flexible and responsive, tailored to your unique values, goals, and lived experiences. Together, we’ll focus not just on reducing distress, but on helping you build insight, resilience, and lasting change that supports the life you want to live.
