Hailing from a multi-generational lineage of psychotherapists as well as decades of personal experience on my own healing journey, therapy has been an integral part of my life. From as early as I can remember, I have had a passion for connecting with and learning about people. Throughout my professional career, I've been fortunate enough to both live and work across many different parts of the country. Working across several different industries and professional capacities has granted me the wonderful opportunity to connect with a vast swath of folks from all walks of life. I earned my Master's in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky. As thankful as I am for all of these experiences, psychotherapy has always felt truly like home. Looking back on my journey, it seems it was just a matter of time before I would answer the call. I am deeply grateful I did. Beyond my work as a therapist, I can be found taking in a sunset at the beach, strolling through the park, or enjoying one of my many hobbies from an ever-growing list!
