Awful. The site, the provider…..the whole experience was beyond disappointing. I received way too many reminders from Brightside along with surveys and background info requests AND then, the provider never showed up for the session!!! I spoke with someone at Brightside about it and then said they would let Maya know and she would get beck to me in 48 hours. WELL, not only did I not hear back from Maya in any form re: mobile, email or through Brightside for 4 days, they continue to inundate me with emails to rate Maya as a provider and to schedule another session with her! I’ve filled out all their surveys on my complaint along with a personal rating on Maya. Shame on Brightside and shame on Maya Stolkiner for not even getting back to me as to what the heck happened and maybe even an apology. I understand things happen but silence is beyond unprofessional.
