My name is Maylin Gonzalez, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I earned my Bachelor's degree and Master's in Counseling Psychology from Florida International University. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and different disorders. I realize there is not a “one size fits all” therapy manual; therapy must be individualized to your specific needs. I want you to feel heard and understood throughout our sessions and to learn to find strength within yourself to achieve your goals. Initially, the focus will be on building rapport, learning about your background, and engaging you to become more in touch with your thought process. I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
