In my first career as an anesthesiologist and critical care physician, that healing was focused on the health of the body. Now, as a psychotherapist, I bring that experience with a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection. I believe that our overall wellness and health are deeply rooted in our psychological health. I earned my Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor's degrees from Stanford University and hold a Master's in Counseling from the California Institute of Integral Studies. What should a new client know about working with you?

I work both in person and via Telehealth. I currently work with individuals and teens experiencing complex trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting challenges, and major life transitions. I also work with couples wanting to improve intimacy and connection, as well as better understand how to communicate effectively with their partners.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Please contact me for a free consultation where you can learn more about me and you can tell me what you are looking for. This initial call helps us know if it feels like a good fit. We will then find a session time that works for us both and go from there.
