What should a new client know about working with you?

I will use person-centered and strength-based therapy to ensure your needs and goals are being met. When I work with children play therapy will be used in order to meet them where they are at and serve them well.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be the intake session where I will learn more about you, your past, and why you are deciding to come to therapy. After this we will continue to get to know each other, create a treatment plan, learn useful information through psychoeducation, and learn coping skills and emotional regulation all while continuing to grow the therapeutic relationship.
