Life can become heavy and my goal is to empower you, educate you and provide you with the tools to better manage the weight. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. My theoretical preferences include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR which allow me to help you to understand and challenge thoughts that may lead to your current emotional state and work towards your improved emotional state. My goal is to empower you. Life can cause you to feel as though you’re in the passenger’s seat and perhaps sometimes in the backseat with no control.
