Anxiety, uncertainty, comparison, failure, depression, and vulnerability-most of us spend our lives avoiding these words. Then one day, we find ourselves depressed, not understanding how we got there. We become too small because we think we don't have control over these thoughts and how they derail our daily lives. The good news is that there is a way to free ourselves from fear, grief, despair, and anxiety. Yes, we struggle throughout our lives, but we can build the courage to face our vulnerabilities. Let's find a way together to be free-I can walk with you and help you become the person you have wanted to be for a long time.
I focus on building rapport to help clients feel comfortable right from the beginning. I am an empathic listener and use different approaches as needed, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, and the psychodynamic approach. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Alliance University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
