What is your typical process for working with clients?

I support clients with depression, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, and high-conflict relationships. During our initial sessions, we will delve into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. My clients can expect increased calm, confidence and more stable relationships.
