Something brought you here. Maybe it's the relationship that keeps hitting the same wall, the anxiety that lives just beneath the surface, or the sense that the patterns shaping your life are ready to change. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to go beneath the surface. Together we explore the narratives you've inherited, the wounds held in the body, and the attachment patterns driving your choices. My approach weaves together attachment science, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and parts work inspired by IFS. Sessions are warm, active, and collaborative. For couples, I work with partners ready to invest in real closeness. Drawing from EFT-informed and attachment-informed practice, we slow the cycle down and help each partner feel genuinely seen. This isn't about assigning blame. It's about building something that feels safe, connected, and deeply yours. All sessions are private pay and fully confidential. PPO clients are welcome to request a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can make sure it feels like the right fit before we begin.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I want you to feel like you can bring the whole thing, not just the polished version of it. My style is warm and direct. I'll celebrate your growth and I'll also gently name what I notice, because that honesty is part of the work. You don't need to have it figured out before we start. A lot of people come in knowing something feels off but not quite knowing why. That's exactly the right place to begin. We'll figure it out together. A few things worth knowing: this work can bring things up. Old memories, unexpected emotions, patterns you'd rather not look at. That's not a sign something is wrong, it's usually a sign something is moving. I'll be with you through it. I also believe therapy should fit your life, not the other way around. Sessions are fully virtual, flexible, and designed for people who are thoughtful about how they invest their time and energy. If you've been in therapy before and felt like something was missing, or like you kept circling the same topics without anything really shifting, that's something I hear often. The approach here is different. We go deeper, and we work with the body, not just the mind.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Every session is different because every person is different, but my work tends to move between two things: understanding and feeling. We might explore a pattern you keep noticing in your relationships, trace it back to where it started, and then slow down to notice what's happening in your body as we talk about it. That shift from insight to embodied experience is where real change happens. Sessions are conversational and collaborative. I'm active in the room, not just a silent listener. I might ask you to pause and notice what you're feeling physically, invite you to speak from a part of yourself that usually stays quiet, or offer a reframe on a story you've been carrying for a long time. The pace is yours. For couples, sessions often start by mapping the cycle, the pattern of pursuit and withdrawal, criticism and shutdown, that keeps you both stuck. From there we work to slow it down, help each partner feel safe enough to share what's underneath, and build new ways of reaching for each other.
