Psychotherapist
GA
Hi, I'm Megan! I’m a therapist who is passionate about helping adults move through the heavy, complicated parts of life that can leave you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck. Many of the people I work with are anxious, stressed out by carrying the mental load, navigating parenting stress, grieving a loss, or dealing with that familiar sense of dread or “ick” that’s hard to put into words. If that sounds like you, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to keep pushing through it by yourself. I know that when you’re already maxed out, the idea of adding therapy to your to-do list can feel impossible. That’s why I offer virtual sessions that fit into your real life and give you practical, usable tools to help you move out of survival mode and into a calmer, more balanced way of living. In our work together, we’ll explore the parts that feel stuck, hypercritical, anxious, or weighed down. I’ll help you build skills for managing overwhelming emotions, healing these parts, and navigating stress with more clarity and compassion. My approach is warm, collaborative, and sometimes sprinkled with a little humor to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable. My hope is that therapy with me feels like a safe place to breathe, to be honest, and to reconnect. Together, we’ll work toward creating a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you want to be. If you feel like we might be a good fit, I’d love to connect.
