Her primary approaches are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Megan also uses creative methods to tailor interventions to her clients’ needs, such as incorporating art, music, or her clients’ spiritual beliefs into evidence-based treatments.
