Hi, I’m Megan Cartwright, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor passionate about helping people live more meaningful and authentic lives. I work with adults, teens, and children facing a variety of challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and relationship or social struggles. My goal is to meet you where you are and support your journey forward. I use a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, grounded in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, and Prolonged Exposure. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to your goals, strengths, and identity. Together, we’ll work toward creating meaningful, lasting change. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University in Illinois and have worked across diverse settings, including schools, community mental health, primary care, and private practice. These experiences have shaped my belief in providing thoughtful, inclusive care that empowers you to feel safe, seen, and supported.
