We'll work together to identify the challenges you're facing and develop practical strategies to overcome them. Through setting collaborative treatment goals, the hope is that you will experience an enhanced level of self-esteem, improved relationships with others, increased resilience, general symptom relief, and an overall sense of empowerment. Ultimately, the specific takeaways from therapy will depend on the individual's unique circumstances, goals, and the therapeutic approach used.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Megan is the first therapist I have been able to build trust and a connection with. Her personality and ability to provide genuine feedback and strategies is beyond.
10 out of 10 recommend Megan. I was so worried about having to start over with a new therapist and Megan made it so easy to transfer. I feel like I am getting more out of therapy than I ever thought I would or could. Megan is so easy going and easy to talk to. Even though I feel like sometimes how I feel is silly she always insures me that my feelings are valid and its okay to have them and how to move forward in the best ways possible for me and my little family. Can't say enough great things about Megan and the grow therapy platform.
It's hard for me to get vulnerable and open up. Megan has made that process so much easier because of how kind and warm she is. She is always honest, which makes me trust her. She gives me tips and methods to fix the issues I share with her. She is a great, knowledgeable therapist.
Megan is positive and gives off a happy vibe, which is a really great quality to lean on when I'm feeling down and near tears. She is a really great listener and you can tell she genuinely cares. She assured me that she's very honest and will be a reliable "mirror" for me to view myself in. Together, we defined some expectations and boundaries in order to figure out the best way to support me in our sessions. Her communication skills, professionalism, and kindness make it evident that she has lots of experience. I feel like I'm in very good hands.
