As a Health Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor; I view mental health as an essential part of total health. My hope is to provide my clients a comfortable place to process their challenges and tools to reduce their distress. My work often consists of helping clients identify existing strengths and cultivating new ones. Even more importantly; I strive to help my clients rediscover peace and joy; self-compassion; and learn strategies to maintain these. My specialty areas include treating trauma; anxiety; relationship challenges; and the mental health impacts of living with chronic health conditions.
