What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience providing therapy to children, families, and adults, including supporting children and mothers in shelter settings. I offer an open heart, a caring ear, and training in a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, and life challenges in a supportive space. Many things come at us in life, Some are joyous, some are confusing and some are painful. It is possible to overcome and having someone to give you a caring space can make all the difference. I hope to be able to do that for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first sessions focus on understanding your story, concerns, and goals for therapy. Together we create a comfortable space to talk openly, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical skills to manage emotions, reduce stress, and move toward meaningful change.
