I have combined my passion for teen girls, pregnancy, birth, women, and families with my professional skills in counseling, earned through my Master's in Clinical Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, to focus on self-worth, relationship skills, and reaching personal goals. I practice from an attachment and trauma perspective, which means I believe much of our wounds and healing are connected to the health of our relationships, both with others and ourselves. I specialize in postpartum anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, new families, and helping parents reconnect to themselves after becoming parents. I also facilitate a women's group designed to rebuild positive self-worth and develop a secure attachment style.
