Psychotherapist
801 Shelby St, Ste 101, Indianapolis, IN
Do you find yourself emotionally stuck, no matter what you do? You may be fed up with dealing with the impact of trauma, feeling exhausted from managing anxiety, or weighed down by depression. You might not even remember a time when things didn't feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you're ready for relief. You're ready to be in control of your life. You're ready to be free from the burden you've been carrying. Most of all, you're ready to move forward with the plans you've always had for your life. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who understands the feeling of being stuck; therapy should be a place where you feel safe and cared about. Sessions are a team effort. Together, we untangle the complicated parts of your story using methods such as EMDR, somatic experiences, and narrative therapy. We go at your pace, prioritizing your comfort level. As an experienced mental health therapist with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Indianapolis, I believe that our bodies, brains, and emotions can work together even after anxiety, depression, or trauma. You don't have to continue feeling like you're not in charge, and you don't have to do it alone. I can't wait to hear from you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
