During our first sessions, we will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your current challenges, and identifying the goals you would like to work toward. I believe it is important for clients to feel comfortable, heard, and understood throughout the therapeutic process. In ongoing sessions, we may explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences while also developing practical coping strategies and tools for everyday challenges.
