I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's in Social Work from the University of North Florida, committed to supporting women and their families. My work focuses on perinatal mental health, infertility, grief and loss, reproductive mental health (PMDD/PME), and life transitions. I believe in partnering with clients through an empowerment-based approach to help them reach goals of healing and transformation. I incorporate a feminist lens and attachment theory into my approach with clients. I am trained and use various therapeutic modalities; however, I universally provide psychoeducational, anti-oppressive, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services.
