“What stands out to me most about Megan's work is how clear, calm, and direct she is while still being deeply attuned to what her clients are going through. For moms feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched too thin, she brings a really practical and grounding presence that helps life feel more manageable. She doesn’t overcomplicate the process... she meets people where they are and helps them move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. She’s a strong fit for anyone wanting both support and accountability in their healing process. ”

Getting to know Megan Kolb

Hey, I’m Megan. I provide anxiety and burnout therapy for high-achieving women (many of them moms), using a nervous-system informed, no-BS approach. That means we don’t just talk about your stress—we work with what your body is actually doing, untangle the resentment and mental load, and build tiny, realistic shifts that fit your real life. As a mom of 3, I know how heavy it feels to carry the mental load, the expectations, and the guilt all at once. I know that some days you fantasize about running away to a cabin and turning your phone off forever. I know that you can love your people and still feel resentful, touched-out, and totally overwhelmed. And I know how confusing it is to look at your “fine” life and still feel like your brain and body are in a constant state of alarm. You get a therapist who truly understands what you’re going through and who knows how to help your nervous system, your relationships, and your sense of self slowly shift from “I can’t keep doing this” to “I can breathe, I have options, and I actually recognize myself again."
