Psychotherapist

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the mental load of life-constantly juggling expectations, relationships, anxiety, or your identity as a woman, mother, or both? I work with women navigating these complex roles and transitions, especially those dealing with late-diagnosed ADHD, parenting stress, and the emotional realities of postpartum. My personal and professional experiences have shown me how often women's needs are misunderstood, minimized, or unseen. I strive to be the kind of support I once needed. My belief in therapy is rooted in the understanding that we are always growing and changing. Whether you're facing anxiety, burnout, intrusive thoughts, identity loss, or simply need a space where your feelings are validated, I offer a warm, empowering environment to explore those experiences without shame. I use a blend of cognitive and relational approaches to increase awareness, reshape thinking patterns, and help you reconnect with your sense of self. My goal is to process both current challenges and past experiences to understand how they shape the present and how we can move forward with intention. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms, but about rediscovering who you are beneath the expectations. You can be a good parent, a whole person, and someone who takes care of themselves-and in doing so, you model strength, boundaries, and self-worth for those around you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
