What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work usually unfolds in three phases: 1. Getting to know you We start by understanding what’s bringing you in, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to be different. I ask questions, but I also follow your pace and comfort level. 2. Making a plan together We identify themes, patterns, and goals—sometimes concrete, sometimes more emotional or relational. I’ll share what I’m noticing and offer options for how we can approach things. 3. Doing the work This is where we explore experiences, build insight, practice new skills, and make meaningful changes. I check in regularly to make sure therapy is still working for you, and we adjust as needed.
