I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings providing psychotherapy to patients of all ages. I’m currently accepting clients ages 13+ and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma. I use numerous treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also specialize in working with adolescents and am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) for this population. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important part in activating behavioral and emotional change. It’s important that we connect if psychotherapy is going to be beneficial for you. I want you to feel comfortable in a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss anything.
