Getting to know Megan Stevenson

If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or like you’re not quite fitting in, I want you to know that you’re not alone. I believe healing begins when we feel seen and understood, and that we all have the capacity to grow. I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, and the lasting impact of early trauma or emotional wounding. I’m especially passionate about working with adults impacted by adoption. Grounded in compassion, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome to explore your story, heal from the past, and move toward deeper connection, clarity, and lasting change. When I’m not with my clients I enjoy going to the movies, reading by the beach, and hanging with my ridiculously adorable Yorkie Poo, Grizzly.
