Greetings, my name is Megan. I have been a licensed independent social worker for over a decade, having practiced in residential, intensive in-home, private practice, and medical settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, from children as young as five to centenarians. My guiding principle is that God wants freedom and wholeness for all people; this belief is a crucial underpinning to my personal values and why I do the work that I do. I believe that counseling is a powerful modality to help move the needle for those who desire it. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to supporting my clients on their journey to healing and growth. I have done the most extensive work with depressive and anxiety-related disorders, and I also specialize in family relationships, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, spirituality, stress, and adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. In our work together, my hope is that you will be equipped with tools for change, and that your hope and efficacy will concurrently increase regardless of where you are.
