What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach focuses on understanding who you are, what makes you unique, and how your struggles impact your daily life. Together, we work toward progress, which may include an improved mood, better use of coping skills, processing trauma, and creating meaningful changes in daily habits. I specialize in helping adults facing depression, anxiety, a lack of passion or direction, relationship challenges, interpersonal difficulties, and eating disorders. My goal is to support you in building a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with your values.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’ll meet you where you are on your unique journey and offer you the support you need to start enjoying life again. A life where you believe feeling fulfilled as possible. You don’t have to continue feeling overwhelmed or stuck, and you don’t have to do it alone. I can’t wait to hear from you!

Ongoing session: $150 for 50 minutes

I am in-network with Aetna, Optum/UHC, Cigna and Anthem along with many of the insurances under those umbrellas. I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients to help with reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions, I am happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.
