Getting to know Megan Trible

Being a young adult can feel like you’re constantly trying to balance who you want to be with who everyone else expects you to be! Maybe you want independence and a life that feels meaningful, but you’re also overwhelmed by the pressure to make the “right” choices. Maybe past experiences still show up in ways that make it hard to trust yourself. Or maybe you’ve noticed patterns — in relationships, in decision‑making, in how you talk to yourself — that leave you feeling stuck or drained. Hi! I’m Megan, and I work with young adults who are trying to make sense of this in‑between stage of life. You’re not supposed to have everything figured out by 18 — or even 25 — and it makes sense if you feel confused, anxious, or unsure of your next step. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, be honest about what you’re carrying, and explore who you’re becoming without judgment or pressure. In our work together, we’ll look at what’s getting in your way, whether that’s old wounds, self‑doubt, people‑pleasing, or relationships that don’t feel healthy. We’ll build skills that help you make decisions with more confidence, set boundaries that protect your energy, and move toward a future that actually feels like yours. My approach is collaborative, down‑to‑earth, and rooted in helping you feel seen and supported. If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and take steps toward a life that feels intentional and grounded, I’d be glad to walk alongside you as you figure out what comes next.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Educate, Empower, and Equip. That is what I aim to achieve during our time together. I want to provide you with education on the challenges and opportunities that may be in your life. I will also provide you with psychoeducation on the impact of trauma, moving forward, and how to challenge negative thinking styles that may be holding you back. I believe in empowering you to live the life you want to live! That is my goal. Not for you to live a life I think you should live, or someone else in your life wants you to live, but what YOU want! I will empower you to be in the drivers seat of your treatment. I will strive to equip you with the tools you need to move forward and create a life of your own design!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
