What should a new client know about working with you?

I work to bring a variety of treatment methods to therapy. I have worked in substance use treatment facilities, both in corrections and community based. I have also worked as a therapist in community mental health facilities and with homeless populations with a focus in clinical mental health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My focus with clients is to build a safe and trusting dynamic in order to explore issues that negatively impact life's experiences. I work to ensure all life dimensions become balanced to ensure safety in exploring the past. By maintaining current stress it opens opportunity to heal in the present from past influences.
