I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. With almost a decade of experience in the Mental Health field, I have worked in various capacities and organizations. This includes an emotion regulation research center, an outpatient treatment organization, a non- profit organization for survivors of sexual assault, and a community health center. I have worked with clients ranging from 9 to 89 years old, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms. I believe in the power of providing a safe space for clients to be their authentic selves and develop sustainable coping skills.
