I'm Meghan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering therapeutic environment. I have several years of experience in school-based settings, where I've supported children and adolescents with diverse needs, including behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, social skills development, and crisis intervention. I have experience working with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism, school-related issues, emotional regulation/behavior issues, self-esteem, social challenges, family transitions and life stressors. I specialize in providing services to children starting at age 3 through later adolescence, teens and young adult women. My clinical approach is neurodiversity affirming, strengths- based and client-centered, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, art therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.
