The provider is a “Licensed Professional Counselor" and their license number is 37PC00786400. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families on issues related to addiction, infidelity and trust, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, life changes, divorce, identifying goals, grief and loss, as well as caregiver stress and elder adult issues and transitions. I have also worked with clients struggling with their identity, motivation, and goal setting. Additionally, I have experience with exposure response therapy to assist those with OCD and use trauma-informed care to support individuals who have experienced traumatic events, from abuse to loss. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Centenary University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. I believe in a person's ability to develop and grow in order to become authentic. To meet my clients' unique needs and help them find success in therapy, I utilize various approaches including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Dynamics, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a plan tailored to each individual. My approach is warm and interactive. I believe in asking thoughtful questions that encourage clients to think deeply and reflect. I also inquire about my clients' beliefs and backgrounds to gain a better understanding of who they are and what has shaped them. This allows me to be sensitive and respectful of cultural needs and differences.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
