I work collaboratively with you, while providing the time, space, and tools to access your inner wisdom and intuition. My approach is client centered and incorporates some psychodynamic principles, as well as some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed space to explore what you feel is important in each session. Everyone is unique and therapy should be as well. I offer hour long sessions. I believe that your own insights are one of the most valuable tools in examining any situation. It's for this reason that I view therapy as a collaborative process and most effective when there is a solid therapeutic relationship.
