What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach centers on creating space for meaningful, in-depth conversation. Through our dialogue, we take a deeper dive into the parts of your experience that may have been overlooked, confusing, or difficult to fully process. As we explore those places together, therapy becomes a way to develop a richer understanding of yourself, make sense of your experiences, and discover new ways of relating to both yourself and others.
