I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and hold a Graduate Certificate in Grief Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, with extensive experience working in community mental health and treatment centers across New Mexico, Oregon, and Colorado. My journey has allowed me to work with individuals who have experienced trauma, substance use disorder, depression, and anxiety.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral emotional regulation techniques, narrative therapy, depth therapy, and mindfulness practices. Together, we can access your inner wisdom for healing and growth.
