As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW), I am passionate about building resilience and fostering healthy self-esteem in my clients. I believe that exercise, nutrition, sleep, and social connection are all important aspects of being a healthy individual. This includes being healthy physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and relationally. My areas of specialization include ADHD, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), intimate and romantic relationships, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, and stress. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
