What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me isn’t just talking about what’s happening. We slow things down, take a breath and work directly with the parts of you caught in painful thoughts, feelings or patterns of responding—so change isn’t just something you understand intellectually, but something you actually experience. We help your system process what hasn’t been fully integrated so your past stops shaping your present. I am trained in and draw from effective modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Committment Therapy with special care given to somatic release, to help you gain: -Nervous system relaxation -Practical tools for anxiety relief and real life change -Personal growth and expansion -Clarity and confidence -Reconnection with your self and your passions -A greater sense of internal stability and improvement in your relationships

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer weekly or bi-weekly 55 minutes sessions via telehealth and you get to access care from the comfort of your own space. Our work starts with naming your needs and goals and tayloring a plan of care to meet them. I customize my services to each client and what they want to get from the process. You may want to gain skills for mitigating daily anxiety or communicate more effectively or you may want to address more entrenched responses that are no longer serving you. We will explore this together and create plan and design sessions to meet you where you are.
