Psychotherapist

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, or the impact of difficult experiences. Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and create meaningful change. I believe that healing and growth happen through genuine human connection. One of the most important parts of therapy is having a space where you feel seen, understood, accepted, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships while building greater self-awareness and resilience. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in healthcare as a registered respiratory therapist, supporting patients and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. Those experiences deepened my appreciation for the importance of compassionate relationships, resilience, and meaningful support during times of change. I earned my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and completed clinical training providing crisis intervention, emotional support, and counseling to individuals facing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. As a new clinician, I am committed to ongoing learning, professional growth, and providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care under clinical supervision. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, better understand recurring patterns, build on your existing strengths, and work toward the life and relationships you want to create. Reaching out for support can be difficult, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and deeper self-understanding.
