What is your typical process for working with clients?

Melanie believes that therapy is so beneficial for people at one point or another in their lives, and her approach to therapy is based on creating a strong therapeutic relationship. She uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Structural Family Therapy, Systems Theory, CBT, TF-CBT, Exposure Therapy, and Supportive Psychotherapy, to help clients achieve their identified goals.
