Hi! I am so happy you’re here. Trauma and anxiety can have a huge impact on our bodies, thought patterns, relationships, and so much more. Maybe you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, lost in thought, thinking of the worst-case scenarios, and avoiding tasks or responsibilities. You want to support yourself through this and you’re ready to feel connected to your body, trust yourself, speak your truth, and show up in the world aligned, authentically and connected. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy College and am experienced in supporting clients to bridge the gap between their mind and body. Working with me involves a body-focused approach where you will better understand what your body is communicating to you and gently release what it is storing from past experiences. This process is collaborative and is about you feeling safe, valued, and heard. As a certified breathwork and energy healer, I offer more than just a space for talking.
