Psychotherapist
1910 Hillhurst Ave, Los Angeles, CA
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, offering psychotherapy for children (8+), teens, and adults addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. I believe in and have seen through clinical experience the change and growth possible through the collaborative process of therapy. I'll meet you right where you are and help get you where you want to be. Taking the first step can be difficult, but will be rewarding as, together, the work that we begin now will expand your relationship to yourself and the world around you. I balance deep empathy with directness to promote growth. Drawing from a Psychodynamic foundation and incorporating elements of Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I collaborate with clients to tailor the powerful healing process of therapy to their unique experiences and needs. With experience in the entertainment industry, I understand the unique challenges of creative fields. I also have specialized Pre-teen & Adolescent Psychodynamic training through Maple Counseling Center in partnership with Beverly Hills High School. I engage every therapeutic relationship with curiosity, respect, creativity, and heart. Virtual, in-person, and on-set/in-office sessions available. Therapy Groups are offered in-person and virtually.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients often share that working with me feels supportive, expansive, stress-relieving, actionable, and playful at times. I strive to create a space that feels safe, attuned, and non-judgmental, while also being intentional and collaborative as we work towards your goals. The clients I see most of are: pre-teens/teens, therapy first-timers at a crossroads or low point, and entertainment industry professionals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with getting curious together — what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and forming an understanding of past and present experiences. As we build trust and a shared understanding, we'll start untangling the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, get curious about where they came from, and open up more freedom of choice. While many of my clients have been with me for years, others come in for short-term work. *I offer sliding scale spots based on need and availability to help make therapy more accessible. I'm also happy to provide a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
