Hi, I'm Melanie Wolfson, a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor's from the University of Florida. With over a decade of experience, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative-I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether you're struggling with chronic worry, traumatic experiences, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I'll work with you to uncover what's holding you back and help you move toward lasting change. I specialize in treating: - Anxiety and stress-related disorders - Depression - Life transitions and adjustment issues - Relationship patterns and communication - Self-esteem and emotional regulation I use a blend of evidence-based techniques-including CBT, mindfulness, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy-tailored to your specific needs and goals. I offer virtual therapy for adults across Florida and currently have availability for new clients. Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Before confirming the session, further information will need to be collected including Insurance and payment information. Additionally, client registration form and consent forms will need to be completed prior to session as well. If you are opting to utilize insurance there will be further steps to verify before confirming. You will also need to register and book with me through the platform Alma, who is responsible for all billing, Insurance and credit card related matters. I will provide you with further information once scheduled. *Please be advised Insurance information and credit card information will be needed on the Alma platform at that point in order to confirm session. I will also send you additional paperwork and consent forms to sign and complete before we can meet for a session.
