I specialize in a wide range of areas including addiction, ADHD, antisocial behavior, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, dissociative disorders, family relationships, gender identity, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, learning disorders, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, medical issues and physical health, military and veteran support, psychosis and schizophrenia, PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, sleep disorders, somatic symptom disorder, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming, trauma, and traumatic brain injury. If you are feeling lost, confused, angry, or hurt; if your previously used coping skills are no longer working; or if you need additional support or tools to navigate your life - I look forward to meeting you. Together, we can work through these challenges and find a path forward that feels right for you. Outside of my professional life, I value authenticity, compassion, and continuous learning. These values guide my practice and help me connect with my clients on a deeper level. Whomever you are, if you are reading this, I know you must be going through a difficult time. I hope you find the right provider for you. If it is me, I look forward to meeting you.
